I felt I should let you know that this week I have had occasion to contact RCI regarding two different problems. In one case my points account balance was less than it should be. In the second incident, the invoice I received for my membership renewal was about double what it should be, with all sorts of charges I didn't understand. In both cases I did as you have recommended on a number of occasions in this section - I included "TUG" in the subject line and in both cases the problem was resolved within hours. Please pass the word along to the people involved that their service was excellent and I was quite impressed. Thanks.

Madge, Iwould also like to give the feedback team a job well done also. On 12/21/2004 I tried to add two weeks of new ownership to my acct. Guide said 7 to 10 days. Followed up on 01/16/2005 still no luck. Guide said they were busy. E-mailed feedback on 02/09/2005 and the next day ownership's were showing ready to deposit. Scott
