I donated a timeshare to a non-profit and it will be sold at auction tonight. The deal was that when the auction closed, we would get the buyers name and the buyer would get mine. I had planned on using TT for the closing or giving the buyer the option of a quit claim deed. I am trying to keep the option open. What closing company should I offer instead? A couple were mentioned in the previous thread but since it wasn't particularly soliciting recommendations, I thought I would just ask if there were others had had good luck with. Thanks all! I've just closed with an independant closing company that does a lot of contract work with the larger timeshare sales agencies.
