A couple of threads down, there is a thread about TT not taking any new clients for the moment. I donated a timeshare to a non-profit and it will be sold at auction tonight. The deal was that when the auction closed, we would get the buyers name and the buyer would get mine. I had planned on using TT for the closing or giving the buyer the option of a quit claim deed. I am trying to keep the option open. What closing company should I offer instead? A couple were mentioned in the previous thread but since it wasn't particularly soliciting recommendations, I thought I would just ask if there were others had had good luck with. Thanks all!

In case you would like another recommendation also...

I've just closed with an independant closing company that does a lot of contract work with the larger timeshare sales agencies. I would definitely recommend this company and felt the price and service were both very reasonable. Email me and I'll be happy to pass on the contact info to you.

I recommend Tammy at Timeshare Freedom. Unfortunately they don't have a web site for information, but their service is excellent. Her phone number is 800-579-7005 and email is tammy@timeshare-freedom.com.

The two licensed North Carolina real estate brokers who handle timeshare closings on the Outer Banks are Outer Banks Resort Rentals in Nags Head, NC and Deatherage Realty in Washington NC. The former charges $317 and the latter $217.
