I got a call from Vacation Register after I answered an e-mail ad.

Looks like the same old story: We can sell your TS for 2 or 3 times what its worth only $349 up front and $349 at time of sale.

Anybody else hear of them or deal with them?

I purchased a timeshare listed on vacationregister.com. The transaction closed without any problems.

I put an Orange Lake unit (now sold via Bidshares) up for sale for $1 after I learned they were a scam. After paying $300 to list it, I have never received a call. Never pay any upfront fees to sell your ts

Jerry,
were you able to use your own closing company? did they have any additional fees besides closing and transfer? Vactionsonly.com charges the buyer around $1100 on top of the price and I wasn't sure if vacationregister.com did the same thing?
