She has paid vacationonly.com to sell it for her. The current price is similar to the ads for this resort that are posted on TUG. Does anyone have experience with this company? I've dealt with them a few times but never from a selling side of the deal. Their site tends to have a lot of listings that are dead and they just leave them up in the hope you will call them, or at least that's how it seems at times. I've called on 6 different listings and only 1 of them was actually still active. They've been around for quite some time. They are legit but for what they charge I would never have used them.
