Yes, it does sound like a "rant".Let's go over some of the statements. You said that you didn't pay your mx fees "on time". When were they due? When DID you pay them? IF you did pay them, did you pay the "late" charges associated with the late payments? (I "think" that most, if not all timeshare management companies charge "late" fees, and re-instatement charges for "non-paying" owners.)
Did you "really" tell Gloria to "sell at ANY price"???
Even if you were having trouble getting your mail, you should have known "when" the mx fees were due (you said that you have owned the weeks for many years) and , as a responsible owner, should have paid what was owed, on time.
As far as the AV "going downhill" (or something like that), this is what I have to say. Stayed there last March, and found the units to be very nice; had a good ocean view (even though it was one block away); the whole staff and management were great; and we have a very enjoyable time.
All of the "Tricom" people I have met are very professional, and "bend over backwards" to help the timeshare owners and exchangers.
