Kal,

Those are some fabulous pictures. I especially liked the ones in the Marigot section. Really makes me want to get back to Sint Maarten.

Kal,

I am sometimes into photography and I must say your pictures are stunning. I truly enjoyed them especially I was in SXM this past January.

Loved your pictures. We're thinking of getting a new camera. Do you mind telling me what you took these with?

Yes, please tell us what kind of camera you use. Guess we'll have to put St. Maarten on our to-do list.

I used a Canon S400. Not only is it VERY small, but IMHO Canon has the best image processor of any. The techies will tell you:

"It was specifically developed for use in digital cameras and combines the job of image processing and camera control in one chip, thereby handling nearly every camera function from image compression to auto focus, exposure, white balance control and most other in-camera functions".

Kal, Thanks so much for sharing these gorgeous photos. We will be in St. Maarten for 6 weeks next winter, & these pictures are making me so anxious to return. However, I don't want to rush life as we have a wonderful summer ahead to enjoy first. Thanks again, Laura
