I am thinking of purchasing timeshare in the Bahamas... Please give me feedback on the Crystal Palace or the Paradise Island Beach Club. I have 2 teenage daughters. What would be my best bet. I have stayed there in the past. The last time I was there visiting, a rat ran across the lobby floor in front of us!!! You should know that it seems that the Crystal Palace is supposedly undergoing a HUGE renovation in the next year or so that will rival the Atlantis. As for the Paradise Island Beach Club, that is a former Marriott timeshare. From what I was told they are getting ready to start a 1.5 billion renovation of Cable Beach. Eventually everything is suppose to be razed and rebuilt. Don't know what this is going to do to the timeshares out there but for the short term I don't think it's going to be good. On the other foot the PIB club is kind of isolated and I would have to have a car if I had a unit there.
