Any new info on this resort and the Island. What not to miss and what to skip aside from the shopping.LOL Any day snorkel/dive trips to BVI from St Thomas? Also planning to do a day trip to St John. Should we take the ferry over or a day catamaran trip? We have week of Dec. 10th reserved at the resort.

If you have the time I'd do both the ferry to STJ, then rent a jeep, and a full day sail trip another day. I'm not sure what FF will be offering but a year ago they offered a 2/1 full day sail on the New Horizons with the VIP card you get for listening to the sales talk.

They have been having security issues on the STT so be extra careful in locking doors, etc. Linda

Thanks for the help. We were advised that the resort has 24 hour onsite security guards, so that helps and we always use the inroom or front desk safes and lock doors & windows. Also thinking of picking up one of those battery operated motion detector alarms that radio shack sells for around $30. I have seen more and more reports of people taking them on their vacations both in & out of the Country.
