Can anyone tell me about this unit? I know it is a studio but that is it! Does it face the Ocean & can you see the ocean from the 3rd floor?IP: Logged |

Cappy, I believe your unit is on the GROUND floor! The first digit is the BUILDING (3 is the newest / west wing), 1 the central, 2 the east) The second digit is the FLOOR The third digit the apartment number (I think up to 7) So... We have (odd years only): week 18 in 337 (studio, lagoon facing, on the third floor) week 19 in 203 (studio, pool/ocean facing, on the ground floor - we walk out to the pool...which you can ONLY do from the 2 building!) I think I know which one 302 is - there are trees in front of the balcony - not sure how much ocean view! OK? nkosiIP: Logged |

We stayed in 3XX in March, first floor, right off the lobby ( I want to say 311, but I'm not sure). After reading so many negative reports we were quite pleased with our studio and the staff at the Sapphire. One or two nights we did hear people talking as they were waiting for the elevator, but nothing we couldn't tolerate. Building 3 is not near the bar area so it was quiet and there wasn't an ocean view due to the palms, but the grounds are quite attractive.Mark ------------------ The Suites at Eastern Slope Inn IP: Logged |

Cappy, Maintenance fees for 2005 are: 337 (lagoon side studio) - $453 (was $384 in 2003, the only other info I still have is $300 in 1996 when I purchased) 203 (pool side deluxe studio) - $446 (was $378 in 2003, and $295 in 1999 when I purchased) nkosiIP: Logged |
