The first digit is the BUILDING (3 is the newest / west wing), 1 the central, 2 the east) The second digit is the FLOOR The third digit the apartment number (I think up to 7) So... We have (odd years only): week 18 in 337 (studio, lagoon facing, on the third floor) week 19 in 203 (studio, pool/ocean facing, on the ground floor - we walk out to the pool...which you can ONLY do from the 2 building!) I think I know which one 302 is - there are trees in front of the balcony - not sure how much ocean view! OK? nkosi IP: Logged

After reading so many negative reports we were quite pleased with our studio and the staff at the Sapphire. One or two nights we did hear people talking as they were waiting for the elevator, but nothing we couldn't tolerate. Building 3 is not near the bar area so it was quiet and there wasn't an ocean view due to the palms, but the grounds are quite attractive.
