We'd understood they'd be in business by year-end 2005. I'd just as soon give up this exchange than deal with the uncertainty of whether it will actually occur. Will I have to pay a cancellation fee since the posted availabilty date is after my expected exchange. Can I get some assurance that the trading power of the August,2005 SoCal beach week I used for the exchange will be the same as it was when I made the exchange? Thanks, Len IP: Logged

I checked with our resort liaison for Morritt's, and the resort will begin accepting guests on September 1st. Some of the oceanfront units will not be ready at that time, and members will be moved to the completed units. For this reason, RCI was showing a conservative reopening date. However, any confirmed exchanges as of September should be fine. I'll modify my earlier post. ------------------ ~ Madge IP: Logged
