Hi Madge,

While on almost all ocassions I have gotten excellent service from the RCI people I have dealt with, there is always going to be one who does not live up to RCI's standards.

I have an issue with some extra-vaction weeks that I purchased. I could not get satisfaction from either the rep I dealt with or her supervisor. Both were courteous and I have no complaint with them. They told me to fax your customer service dept and ask for someone to call me back to discuss this matter.

I did that and about 4 days later received a letter from that dept. supporting the decision of the previous rep & supervisor without ever having discussed the matter with me and learning of my side. I had ask to be called and they wrote me off and issued a form letter to me. I did not find that proper or respectful.

I faxed the person back and requested she turn the matter over to her supervisor and to have someone call me back. Nothing has happened in over a week.

What I would like to know is the person I can contact, who is one-step up the ladder i.e. the Head of Customer Service. Can you either supply me his/her fax number or address so I can contact him/her.

If you have a better method of handling this I am all ears.

Dave

Daverock,

Have you tried sending a message to feedback@rci.com? The Communications Team is made up of very tenured folks who are creative problem solvers. Be sure to enter TUG in the subject line.

I would expect the most recent staff member to forward your inquiry to their supervisor as you requested. Please include that information in your message to the Communications Team so that they can follow up.

Sorry to hear of the frustration you've been experiencing.

To follow up on what's been happening for other RCI members:

I wrote the President of RCI and enclosed copies of my faxes and letters from RCI. Within a week I received a call back and had a chance to present my side of the issue.

I can tell you that the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.
