MillerNet TUG Member Posts: 429 From: Harrisonburg, VA, USA Registered: Feb 2001 posted 05-18-2005 18:16                Madge, I just wanted to bring to someone's attention the great help I received from an RCI employee. RCI made a major mistake with one of my exchanges. A confirmed exchange was accidently cancelled by RCI and there went our Caribbean Vacation(woops!) The problem seemed to be going from bad to worse, but after speaking with 5 different Guides over 6 days I was turned over to Beth V., a supervisor in Indianapolis. Beth took immediate charge and her knowledge and experience had an immediate calming effect on me! We were able to work together and Beth was able to come up with a solution that made everyone involved happy. I just wanted to let someone at RCI know that Beth handled my problem quickly and efficiently. She kept me up to-date and returned all phone calls to her within 5 minutes. So thank you Beth V. for a)taking responsibility and b)finding a solution to what could have been a disaster. P.S.
