Hi if a non member or RCI gives a current member of RCI a week to use, can that member bank that week with RCI?

Most deposit requests must go through a verification process before the weeks can be used for exchange. If an RCI member attempts to deposit a week that he or she doesn't own, the resort is likely to deny the deposit request.
