I do not own a timeshare yet, but have wanted to buy for quite a few years. I have been moved out of my home state with the Army and have decided to finally buy so that my wife, 6 yr old son, and I can vacation in and around new areas. We are from the west now living in the east. I have come across a resale for a 4 bed 4 bath (2 each level) lockout with Sunterra at Powhatan Plantation in Williamsburg, VA on week 25 for $2700. The maintenance fees are $765. This seems to be a great price for 2 weeks of vacation through and RCI trade. My concern is I don't understand how easily this will trade. I understand that the Powhatan Plantation was once a gold crown, but now has no rating. We I be able to trade through RCI and travel when and where I want, or will I be restricted? Thanks for your help, The new guy, bajeffs IP: Logged |
