Just completed first exchange and have nothing but good words for the entire process. My wife spoke with several different Guides and found all to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. We certainly didn't make their search easy: ---Our ts is a South Africa Dikhololo unit with Aug 31 as last date to trade. ---We wanted to exchange for something/anything in western US but only had a 2 week time frame in which to travel. ---We only had 6-8 weeks to find something. To make a long story shorter, a Guide called within one week. He offered us a Gold Crown 800 sq ft unit at Meadow Lake Golf and Ski Resort, just outside Glacier Int. Park for end of June arrival. Wow! We realize that luck played a big part in getting such a deal. But that doesn't change the fact that RCI Guides did their best for us all the way. I hope others have similar success and will let Tuggers know about it. It's nice to read some good stories as well as the bad ones. IP: Logged

People are quick to criticize but slow to compliment. If I had a wish-list, it would be to be able to search online, using a "bonus" week and/or "One Plus One" weeks. The specialty weeks such as those you mentioned will be addressed in connection with the web initiatives planned for this year.
