Double Diamond Companies Corporate Office in Dallas Texas (a resort developer) offers interval ownership in a limited number of condo's. The Birkdale, at the Clffs, Grafford Texas is of interest to us.

My question(s) is this Resort being considered for RCI affiliation? If not, how does a resort initiate a request for affiliation? Without RCI affiliation flexibility is non existent.

Dave,

I do not see that Double Diamond Companies is yet affiliated with RCI. For information about the affiliation process, please send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com. They can give you the name of the current contact person at Cendant who handles new affiliation requests.
