I have heard that some exchangers are being automatically 'upgraded' to Grand Mayan without their knowledge (i.e:not finding out until check-in). Can they do that? Do I want this and is it really an upgrade? IP: Logged

If you do not receive a unit at your confirmed resort, and are not pleased with the unit offered, please contact RCI right away.
