I have a neighbout who is a new member to timesharing and RCI throught the points program. They are getting extremely frustrated in that they can not access Last Call feature when they log on. RCI tells them this is not available in Canada so they feel their membership has less value than if they were a US citizen.

I have a weeks account and have no problem accessing Last Call or Extra Value vacations and have used them a number of time. It was through a bonus vacation I arranged for my neighbour that introduced them to timesharing and the decision to buy.

It seems that weeks members and points members do not have the same privilages, at least in Canada. Is that correct?
