My AC has the expiry date of January 8, 2004. Do I have until that date to arrange an exchange, or is that the final date for its actual use.

I wish to use my AC to book an exchange for the week of January 3-10, 2004. Is that possible, going over by 2 days? I hope so. Thanks, Craig.

It would be a reasonable exception.

Craig:

I appreciate the "reasonable exception" I have an accommodation certificate which "expires" January 6. When would a reasonable date for me to use the certificate by?

( we would love to go somewhere in early January)

Thanks,

Dash
