We are going to the Turks & Caicos Islands in Sept. We are considering renting a 4-wheel drive car from a local island car rental business but don't want to give them our credit card number now. Has anyone used a "virtual credit card"? If so, which one have you used? Was is safe? Any problems? What was the cost? Also, any other solutions to this problem would be appreciated. Thanks, Dollie IP: Logged |

I use the online Citicard virtual CC for all my online purchases. I run their software and generate a virtual CC with a dollar amount limit. Works great.------------------ Support our service men and women: Link IP: Logged |

A second for gw's experiences. Citi Virtual Card works wonderfully, and we have been using it exclusively for online purchases for about a year and a half, without a hitch. It took me awhile to get DH to go with the program, but now he's a fan, as well.------------------ --Cat IP: Logged |
