We are considering renting a 4-wheel drive car from a local island car rental business but don't want to give them our credit card number now. Has anyone used a "virtual credit card"? If so, which one have you used? Was is safe? Any problems? What was the cost? Also, any other solutions to this problem would be appreciated. I run their software and generate a virtual CC with a dollar amount limit.
