In this case I need to find lodging for about 20 individuals, in or around Orlando for the end of April of next year (2006). Is this a doable thing or is it going to be more headaches than its worth? I was looking at extra Vacations in the RCI Web site and found several places but not many had more than two weeks for the same date. It worked out fine for us, we were all in the same building. I am sure it will depend on the resort and how they assign their units. I think a VC would be able to help you with it. You will find this harder to do during peak season but Orlando is definitely the place to book a group event. Pick a big resort with alot of exchange activity and start hunting. I did not confirm all seven of my units at the same time but over a period of weeks. Orlando at the end of April will be easy, but if you are going during Easter, thats a tough trade. I would think 4 (2) bdr units should do you just fine.
