Yes, but those $39 DVD players might not stand up to the abuse they could get from temporary occupants using them frequently. I'd rather have a little better quality than the super cheap DVD players that could need frequent replacement. IP: Logged |

Shell Island, Sanibel Island was as follows $758.17 for 5000 point fixed spring week 14 2BR unit Real Estate Taxes was $163.00, operating fees $414.00 and $177.45 was the fee for reserve monies and a voluntary arda fund fee of $3. My Casa Ybel, Sanibel Island, fixed fall week 2BR is 3,500 points and is as follows; Total $617.90, with $112.90 for taxes and $390.76 operating fee and $114.24 for thr reserve fund. There are two different casa ybel timeshare owners associations within the same resort. Mine is for buildings F, G, H and the other homeowners group is I, J, K, and their fees are higher by about $100 or so perhaps someone who owns in that group can report their fees. The reserves in these resorts were high enough that we did not require any special assessment fees after the hurricane last year.
