Greetings,I think it would be nice if we had a Starwood Maintenance Fee Chart, much like Marriott has: http://www.tug2.net/advice/marriottmf.htm I'm not sure who would actually put the chart up on Tug. I wouldn't mind compiling the information in to an Excel spreadsheet. At a minimum, the information would exist in this thread. If you would like to contribute, please list the following: Resort, Year, Season Unit Size Total Fees (if possible, break down by Maintenance Fee, Reserve, Tax, SVN Fee) Pulled from an earlier thread: Vistana Villages, 2005, ? 2 bd LO $1135.75 (MF: $847.50; Tax $189.45; SVN fee: $99) I would contribute my own info, but I don't have first occupancy until 2006 and have rec'd a bill yet! Thanks! Glorian IP: Logged |

Sure, I'll take the EOYs. If nothing else, I'd like to see if they're exactly half of the EYs. In the case of your Ka'anapali, it look like your EOY fee runs $30 over the EY. That would make sense if you're being charged $30 for your second SVN fee rather than $103.30. Are you actually paying two full SVN fees? It was my understanding that a second week costs $30 and a third week and beyond would not have additional SVN fees. Of course, that may be only for EYs.Glorian [This message has been edited by grgs (edited 04-11-2005).]

Glorian -- My SVN fees are: $103.30 at WKORV $ 30.00 at SMV As you pointed out, the reduced fee at SMV is because I am a multiple week owner. Jerry IP: Logged |
