I asked them whether they have a filter on the resort. They said no. It is very strange when there is a report of so many unit available and yet HGVC can't see them. IP: Logged

I don't know why it is not pulling up, but many of us have found that if you don't like the first answer, ask someone else. IP: Logged

The reason why the resort is not pulling in HGVC is because HGVC considers that resort is not at par with Hilton. There are too many people complain about it. If there is problem with the exchange, Hilton will not do anything about it. I reserved the week in August and have 24 hours to cancel the reservation if needed to without any penaty.
