Hi,

I am currently going through a closing right now with them. Everything appears to be movining along nicely. They have quickly responded with all of my questions. They were affiliated with Redweek and that's how we found them. I believe that affiliation has ended. I am not sure why. I am happy with everything so far and we are weeks away from receiving the deed.

We used them for a Hawaii week ebay auction we won last Dec. No complaints. Went quickly. One mistake in the paperwork was quickly corrected. Do read all the paperwork and make sure you understand it and it is correct.

I think it depends on the person you get. Last year I did one through them as a favor to a buyer, seems like it started when dirt was new, and took months.

We used Chicago for our Hyatt Timeshare we bought a year ago, using Seth Nock as the agent. Went very very smoothly..

The purchasers of a Marriott week we sold insisted on Chicago Title. Since they were paying all costs, we didn't object.

The transaction went very smoothly.

Good Luck!

Jerry
