I think you did great. We spent $6,000 for a week 27 and I thought it was a reasonable price, although it was a few years ago and we weren't as experienced tuggers as we are now. LizIP: Logged |

I heard that Lawrence Welk pulls very good trades, especially for the Royals in Mexico. You did well.Happy Travels [This message has been edited by Judy900 (edited 05-31-2005).] IP: Logged |

It's probably an OK price - not great, but not outrageous. I paid $3200 for a 2-BR Summer week that trades very well. Week 50 is not the most desirable week - so may not trade as well. ------------------ Janis IP: Logged |

I think you will enjoy the week and the place... I have only visited but would have bought there under the right circumstances rather than the one in Cathedral City... roman------------------ roman IP: Logged |

You did great. I paid $4600 about 10 years ago but in the case of Lawrence Welk (older units) to me the price isn't what mattered, it's the Resort itself. I would have to say of the many, many places we've stayed at LW is still tops. Here is a tip. Go there, stay there, enjoy and then go to the on-site RCI office and book your next vacation. They are the greatest people to deal with. You got a bargin and change back. BartIP: Logged |
