Originally Marriott managed, these are listed under the group in the reviews with several others. (Once refered to as the Saturday Villas), most II HHI units the have a M as the first code letter were part of these "Saturday Villas". Both Ketch Court (MKC) and Night Heron are good standard units. Ketch Court does not have a pool, but is within walking distance of the many shops and resturants around the lighthouse area in Sea Pines Plantation.
Night Heron is located further away from the busy sections of Sea Pines Plantation. They seem more scattered around. We noted some within walking distance on the beach by the Marriott Monarch. That location is by the back gate of Sea Pines.
If TUG Volunteer Debbie sees this post, she will have much more info.
If you are going in the summer, there is a free Sea Pines trolly, that brings you all around the Plantation. It stops near both Ketch Court and the Night Herons (Next to the Monarch, where the small resturant and beach entrance are). It does not leave the Plantation, so you need to go to the supermarket via car.
BTW. I think I remember someone posting that the Ketch Court people can use a pool in the resort across the street. I am not sure if they would charge.
Spicebush and Swallowtail (if you see them) have retained their 5 star ratings and that might also be a consideration.
