The closest TS would be the Harbor Ridge Resort, Southwest Harbor, ME, just outside the park or Acadia Village Resort, Ellsworth, ME, about 20 miles away. Agamenticus, which is at most a 15 min drive from our resort at Hillcrest. There are hiking, biking and horseback riding trails. You can contact Mt. Agamenticus stables at (207) 361-2840 for more info -- I believe they may also rent mountain bikes. On a clear day, it is truly beautiful up at the top of the mountain -- you can see for miles and miles! We just went in April and had a personal trail ride with just me and my two daughters. It was nice...rode around Nickerson State Park. The resort had a list of stables you can call. There are actually quite a few on the Cape no matter where you stay, but none right at the resort that I know of.
