What ts deposits work to get into the Rushes or a comparable ts in Door County?

Also, you know how some ts markets have a ts sales company that specialize in that area, is there one for Door County?

We traded into the Rushes for this May 6 using RCI Points but have not ever seen any really prime summer weeks available for exchange. We have heard of one Tugger who was able to grab a early June week.

Note that for non owners this is supposely a 1 in 4 resort. Tom Moeller of Starr Realty is the one who we bought our week 26 from at the Rushes. He is on site at the resort one or two days a week. Their phone number is 1-800-661-8555.

Tom can send you a listing availability-pricing sheet. Asking prices from Starr Realty for prime summer weeks 26 to 32 ron from about $15,700 to about $32,000, but those are just asking prices.

There was another resale company that supposely had a summer week for $3,500 but it was a fixed week 48.

For off season weeks Holiday has run severalebay Rushes auctions in the last month.

A lot of the Door County timeshare ownerships are full year ownerships. We checked a few of those out, but after doing some research we found out that it is very hard to break even on those ownerships.
