I am having trouble with PB Mazatlan depositing my weeks to RCI.
I requested the deposit on Feb. 21, 2005 and they still are not on the RCI website. Does anyone have any suggestions for speeding up this process? I need to deposit them ASAP since I want to convert them to points.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I had the same problem with my Cabo weeks.
They finally showed up, but it took about 3-4 weeks.

Rembember that the Spanish word "Maņana" in Mexico doesn't mean tomorrow... it just means "not today."

Over the last 4 years that we have owned there, we have only used email to make space bank requests or make a reservation.
We have experiences ranging from good to many tries before getting a response. Most recently, we have had excellent response / customer service from (copying in her signature block)

That is funny that you would mention her. Since she is the one who isnot responding to my emails. I have had great luck with our Sunset Beach reservations via emailwith Eduardo. He is the one that sent me to Ms Quintero after the problem had not been resolved. I have yet to even get a response to me emails in 2 weeks. May be she's on vacation but you would think there would be at least an automatic repsonse built into the system. That is not a way to run a business.

Thank you for your assistance and I will keep trying.

Unfortunately, that is the way to run a business in Mexico. It normally takes me at least two, and sometimes as many as five, attempts before they actually deposit a week for me.

I have mixed results at Emerald Bay. This year I asked them to deposit my 2006 week, but they wanted me to prepay my maintenance fee. Once I did that, I emailed them again requesting to deposit once they receive my check. I also asked them to email me once they had made the deposit. I was surprised at how fast they responded - within a few days of my email.
