I think if you are an owner, you get the concierge assigned to your salesperson. Other than that, I don't know.

Actually I believe the sales person IS the official "concierge".
They each have assistants that really do all the work including setting you up with a meeting with the salesperson/concierge. When we were there in Feb our salesperson (Julie) was listed as our concierge but all our contact was with one of her assistants.
This was the first year we actually took advantage of the service and we were pretty happy with the results.

If your concern is the actual concierge services I think you'll find that any of the support staff will take good care of you.

Our concierge has always been an assitant of the person from whom we bought originally. They are extremely personable, helpful and knowledgable.

The sales rep that sold your unit is assigned to represent that unit and week each year. If they are on Vacation a different sales rep will be assigned to you for that week.
The Personal Concierges are assigned to and work with a sales rep and They often change from year to year or even week to week in some cases.
Your sales rep will normally have 3 personal concierges working with them, one each at the Tri-Royals,Sands and VCI.

Owners who don't like there assigned sales Rep can complete a Form provided by the Sales office to request a different Sales Rep.
If you have a sales Rep you like you can request them and they can even help you do it.
