Just spoke to a really nice guy from Cancun Valet, who recommended some trips for our family, even ones that they wouldn't have to take us on becuase they are close to the hotel!They have two private van rentals (with driver), one that goes to Chichen Itza and one to Tulum. The guy I spoke to said that Tulum wasn't as exciting for kids, but you have the driver for 10 hours and can go where you want. Sounds like an adventure! Sharon IP: Logged |

The last 3 times we (family of five) went to Riviera Maya, we went with Louis Llora, a very nice man. His prices, beat everyone by far. He has an air conditioned van. He will pick you up from airport, take you shopping, tours...etc. Contact:

I believe this is the same Luis my family hired to drive us around. Originally, he picked us up at the airport- I had arranged transportation through Brant. Luis was very nice and gave us a tour of Cancun on our way to the Royal Caribbean. He even offered to show us where the best cofee was the next morning. At the end of the ride, he gave us his card and told us to call him if we need anything. When we went down to Cozumel, we took the bus, but as the day wore on we decided we would rather have Luis pick us up and bring us back- all we had to do is call him on the cell number he gave us and he drove down to PDC and picked us up at a bar located at the ferry dock. It was very easy and very cheap!I recommend Luis to everyone who goes to Cancun. He is great- very reliable and friendly. You can't go wrong. Laura IP: Logged |
