Great pictures!! We were there 1 1/2 years ago when the garden area was a construction site. (We were lucky to receive an oceanview unit.) The garden turned out beautiful! Thanks for sharing, wish I were there right now.

Great pictures and beautiful resort. It brings back nice memories for us too. I have to upload my pictures too on Picture Trail of the lush tropical grounds.

Did you notice too that there was only one swan or did I miss the second one each time I walked by there? I felt sorry for him.

Yes, we only saw one swan. Very pretty but we also thought it looked lonely. Glad everyone liked the pictures!

Great pictures, thanks for posting. We are going in November for the first time.

Can anyone recommend the best locations for OV?

Hale 1 and 8 are closest to the ocean. You have a shot at getting ocean front in either of these buildings.

Good luck!

Cathy, beautiful pictures. We haven't been to Hawaii yet, is the sand always brown? Thanks.

Hawaii sand is very different from Carribean white sand if that is what you are trying to ask? I've never thought of it as brown. The picture probably does make it look more brown than it is. Hawaii sand feels great on your feet. JMHO...

Thanks for sharing the photos. We'll be there in August. I can't wait!

Ellen,
It's worth the trip to get there. We flew from VA so I know your hesitation. Next time we would like to stay two weeks to make the most out of the trip out.
