Hi all:
Does anyone have a web link to a points chart for Fairfield where I can get an idea of the different points amounts required for travel within their system? I currently don't own Fairfield so I don't ahve a password for their site.

Me three! I would like to know so that I might pick up another timeshare on ebay and looking at Fairfield or Worldmark. I went to the Fairfield site, but couldn't find anything in the non-owner portion.

Used to be www.efairfield.com but I see they have changed it very recently so the public can no longer get the point data relative to each resort. When information is not available to the public there must be an ulterior motive to hide the data. Sure makes one suspicious.

Of course there is. They want the public to come in for a presentation and not buy resale over the internet. By hiding that information from the public you have to buy in to become a member and see the numbers. By doing this they figure they have a better shot at you.

It's in the developers best interest to keep information about their resorts away from the public. I'm sure they believe this will cut down on the resale market and boost the develpers sales.

I have the spreadsheet from another Tugger. eMail me if you want to have a copy. Disclaimer: I did not comply the information, and my fairfield points purchase closing has not completed yet. Thus, I cannot verify the accuracy of the information. But it looks pretty good to me. Also, it does not include international resort.

Hi Maiwah,
I would like a copy of the fairfield point information. You don't have an email link listed, could you please email it to me? TIA

If anyone needs a list, contact me and I can look it up in the Fairfield catalog. The points required vary by time of year and unit size. Newer resorts require more points to get the same size unit than at older resorts. Typically, 154,000 points will get you a two bedroom unit in prime time.

Fairfield has a BBS on Yahoo. I think it has the points info that they took off their website.

I found one there, but thought the date was 2001. Does that make a difference?

It won't have some of the newer resorts but the point values don't change.
