It is about 7pm EST Friday

I cannot log in to RCI. It keeps saying my name and password are incorrect. I logged in this morning and changed nothing.

It will not recognize me

Same with me. Glad to hear that I am not alone. I use RoboForm, so I know that my password/username is the same as always.

Oh, and I get a "system error" when I try to log in at RCI Points, so it is not working right either.

Must be you, RCI, not me. Grrrr.

I went in again and said I forgot my user name and an RCI internal error came up.

Must be RCI

At least somebody else is having problems and just not me.

Prior to last Sat night "maintenance", the RCI website was working well for me. Then the resort names all disappeared and there was no info on specific available resorts. That was all fixed yesterday, and now today I can't log in at all. So for the week, I've has one day of good service. I was able to make one trade, but who knows how many I might have made with a good website. The phone service is an absolute last resort for me; the last three times I've asked them for something have all been total disasters. When one of their supervisors got the most recent mess fixed, I said, "nevermore", but you should never say never, so if the website stays like this....

Been out all day and just tried to log onto RCI several times and couldn't.

So I checked TUG to see if there was anything about RCI log in problems. Glad there was, now I know it is a RCI problem and not my computer problem. Hope they get it fixed soon. They seem to have more than their fair share of computer program problems, to say the least.

I experienced this problem since this afternoon. I had a week on hold which I wanted to confirm so eventually I called RCI. The first person told me they were not having problems with their website and that no one she spoke to had reported any problems. Then she put me on hold and told me their website was down. This was around 5 pm Central time.

Can get in now to the site but the site is as slow as molasses. We recently switched from dial-up to DSL internet access. That increased speed on the internet by about 10-fold, except for the RCI weeks (do not use points) site which is slower than ever.

I just tried to get in at 8:45 p.m. MT today and still couldn't.
Edited to add: Oops! Just realized the site is under its normal maintenance shutdown...that pesky time-zone difference.
