Madge,
I have 5 weeks on deposit and 8 1+1s in my account, but many times when logging in, only part of them will show up. Today there were two weeks and 3 1+1s, and I needed one of the missing weeks because of start date. After going through the process again, the week showed up, but it didn't matter because there were other problems: some kind of "weeks exception" and it asked me to check back later. This is increasingly frustrating--bad service on the phone drove me to the website, and now there isn't anywhere else to turn.
