With a heavy heart, I must announce my "retirement" from the TUG bulletin boards.I cannot find the words to express my appreciation for the support provided throughout the years. I feel like I have made many new friends which wouldn't have been possible without this site. Although we will not have an official presence on these boards, at this time, we may continue to monitor the exchange boards for TUG member feedback. I would like to take the opportunity to wish all of you a healthy and prosperous Happy New Year! Best wishes to all. ------------------ Craig Urbine Vice President Member Services Interval International IP: Logged |

Craig, I am so sorry to hear this. Your participation on this board has been invaluable. I know that it made me take a second look at II and I am sure glad that I did. You will be missed. ------------------ Danielle IP: Logged |

I too appreciate your participation but I am curious as to why you are leaving the boards. It seems a lot of good customer service has come from this and I am sure many members, including myself, have chosen to renew memberships based at least partly on your participation. Is the reason you are leaving the boards something you could share with us? Just curious, you will be missed. Happy New Year.

Craig, We'll miss your participation here. Perhaps you'll find the time in your busy schedule to CHAT sometimes. We don't talk about timeshare all that much; mainly its a bunch of friends who get together and CHAT, somewhat like the old *Prodigy gang. Take care of yourself, my friend. Thanks Craig for all your help, advise and information while you volunteered your free time to help us Tuggers (and non Tuggers) get the most from our II memberships, (and T/S in general).Your helpful & informative posts will be missed by all. I hope you will sometimes sign onto the Ferns Sunday night chats, as Fern has suggested. Hope you & family have a great New Year as well. ------------------ Ken K PS: Win a week with your TUG Winning Review submission: Award Week IP: Logged |

Craig...very sorry to see you leave. Your participation on TUG has done so much for Interval's image, which was quite tarnished before you joined in. I can imagine it took a lot of your time, and that many of the posts were somewhat repetitive, but it is, indeed, a sad day for us to see you leave. Hopefully you are staying on with II as they definitely need an ambassador such as you. Best wishes.Brian ------------------ Those who dream most, do most. IP: Logged |

Although I am not an II member, nor have I frequented this board, I am VERY saddened by this message. I have frequently heard your praises sung throughout this site, often being held up as a model for other organizations.I am more than certain you will be sorely missed, but I wish you the best. You have added enormously to the TUG family. Tom IP: Logged |

Craig:You will be sorely missed. Your participation has been an invaluable help to me and many of my fellow TUGers. I appreciate how much of your time this has taken and I thank you for caring enough to go the extra mile. I know that you have personally stuck your neck out on a number of occasions when you thought it was the right thing to do. Thanks, Joe IP: Logged |

Craig,I really enjoyed your thoughful and dedicated postings on this board. I really looked forward to what you had to say. This was my second stop after the Florida forum. You are a true gentlemen and this is truly our loss. However, we are enriched by having our paths cross. Don't be a stranger and keep in touch. God bless! IP: Logged |

Not to distract from expressions of appreciation for Craig, but does his leaving effectively mean the Ask II forum will be removed? Without an official TUG presence, it seems like II questions will go back to being posted (and unofficially answered) in the Exchanges forum.Jeff IP: Logged |

Craig, I am truly sad to hear this. I've never posted in this forum, but am a newbie owner. After using my two timeshares in 2004, I would be looking into joining II. It was always comforting to me to know you were here in case I have questions in the future. My fellow TUGgers: Possibly now a knowledgable person could find time to put together that II FAQ list. Craig, Your advice and information has been invaluable. You will be missed. As others have stated, without your participation on this board, many of us would not have become II members. You were a source of great information for us and we knew we could count on you for clarification and the answers we needed to our questions. This is truly a loss for TUG. IP: Logged |

Yes, this forum is now closed, and we no longer have an "official" source of information about II. This board will remain available on a "read only" basis and a FAQ will be compiled based on information contained here. Ed Bott TUG BBS Administrator
