They are selling these out of an office in the Hilton Waikoloa Village across the street. No unit mockup, just pictures of the expected interiors and a virtual tour of the building exteriors and property...

We took a tour after being solicited at the Bay Club. We had a salesperson who was the rudest I've ever encountered and an absolute bitch...She was a real piece of work from the get go...

Anyway, these units will be tiny as compared to the Bay Club, 1100sq ft rather than the 2000 sq ft unit we're in at the Bay Club...200+ units smooshed into a small area. NO lock-outs, no 1-br units, just straight 2-br units. They will havejacuzzis, not sure about washer/dryers in each unit...Top floor units will be Plus units; same size, same furnishings; the only "plus" is the view and cathedral ceilings. Not sure if they will have air conditioning either...(our salesperson did not volunteer any information and gave the briefest of answers to any questions...)

I didn't get the prices but I'm sure they will be breathtaking..

Most likely this will be another HGVC resort (like HHV) that will nt deposit any weeks into RCI, so internal HGVC reservations and maybe SFX and other smaller exchange companies will be your only options to get in here..

Looks like it will be a nice resort, but it will have small units and high density...
