RCI lists a 4/2 STUDIO and a 4/4 STUDIO but no 1 BR. II lists a STUDIO 4/2 (no 4/4) and a 1BR 4/4. I'm confused!! Thanks for any insight. It was really almost a one-bedroom as the king-size bed was upstairs and could be blocked off with a sliding panel (but no locked door). There was a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen had a full stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with icemaker), microwave, and a full-size washer/dryer. There was a 3/4 bath upstairs and a full bath downstairs. There were 2 TVs, one upstairs and one in the living area." It must have something to do with the "bedroom" being in a loft area and not having the bed in a more private area (4 walls and a door). RCI must have certain requirements to call a unit a One Bedroom. IP: Logged
