The email address I have for Dikhololo keeps bouncing back. It is the same address printed on their literature and in the contact info spreadsheet linked on the main page of the TUG S.A. board. You could try faxing, which is safer anyway for credit card #'s. The fax # in my records is 011-2712-277-9003.IP: Logged |

if you have already a booking reference no. which dihololo will give you to confirm the spacebank, then try to contact thespecialists@rci.co.zathis is the email that rikap@dikhololo.co.za replied when i was asking why there was no spacebank in my rci account yet. IP: Logged |

I emailed thespecialists with a CC: to Rika yesterday about 10AM PDT. I had an email from thespecialists waiting for me this morning, stating that Rika had contacted them and they had deposited my weeks. And yup, they are there. That's what it takes I guess.I didn't need the confirmation number from the payment. I checked my credit card to see when the maintenence had been paid and then indicated that date to Rika in my email. Fern, I just tried your suggestion and my mail to The Specialists bounced back...Your message Subject: "Spacebanking of Dikhololo week " could not be delivered to some or all of the intended recipients. User - (550 Rule imposed mailbox access for thespecialists@rci.co.za refused) Did I get the address correct?

That's the right email...maybe their access was down or something, try again. I'm still working on getting my Dikoholo weeks to show up in my account. I was excited when finally after lots of emails someone sent me a reply acknowledging that they had recieved my fax and processed my payment. Then I was even more excited when I got a confirmation that my weeks should be available for exchange - the info included dates and unit numbers. I thought I was good to go but no weeks showed in my account. I called the US RCI number and they said they could "see" the weeks and could deposit them if I gave them dates and unit#. I did. Again, I thought I was good to go. Three weeks later, still no weeks to exchange in my online account. They show up but in a category of "confirming with your resort" or something similar. RCI US cannot help me. I called them and they said it is a hold up in South Africa because they operate separately. What do I do???
