no, TS do not limit how many weeks you can stay---if you own the deed and pay your maint. fees, then you can stay---of course, this is deeded weeks---I don't know about points or if there would be a limit each year. But for deeds, it's yours. Of course, on the resale market, you would most likely be moving units each week, b/c you would have bought a specific unit---but then you get a nice clean unit, as well. We looked at a condo on the beach and decided against it mainly because of the work involved. We enjoy going different places. I like not having to clean away from home.We have 14 timeshares and plan to make them work for us. When we decide where we like most we will buy several weeks at that resort. Right now, timesharing is wonderful.IP: Logged |

We have enjoyed timesharing about 1/2 time the past four years. 2002-17 weeks: California, Florida, Ozarks, Branson, Hawaii. 2003-22 weeks: California, Florida, Ozarks, Branson, New England in the fall. 2004-27 weeks: Florida, Nashville, Smoky's, Ozarks, Hilton Head, Branson. 2005-25 weeks: Florida, Branson, Ozarks, Nashville, Smoky's, OK. Houseboat, Sedona, Mesa. 2006-18 weeks booked so far: Florida, Hawaii, Wisc Dells. 2007-17 weeks booked so far: Florida Enjoying seeing the beautiful USA and meeting lot's of great folks along the way. Also enjoy volunteering at "Give Kids the World" in Orlando each winter. The rest of the time is spent enjoying family and friends at home (condo)in Iowa. ------------------ Ron S.
