Danielle make a very good point. I have been edited, deleted, and "scolded". Most people have had that happen to them with the intention of keeping these boards more informative and less contentious. Who can argue with those goals? I certainly can't. Even though at times I may have felt disapointed for being edited out I have to agree that this is not life and death "stuff". This is talking about vacations and resorts and just plain stuff. The idea as I understand it is to hopefully be helpful to each other and we can all benifit. I remember the "Lounge" when I first joined TUG. It was like a battle field with some of the most acrimonious behavior I have seen. I admit to joining right in and fighting over politics and what ever else we argued about. It reached a point where it was very unpleasant to go there and in fact it was almost painfull. What was that all about? TUG put an end to that and in the process they pulled in the reigns on all the boards. I believe in balance it made TUG a better place to be. People are welcome to disagree with me as this is simply my opinion. I think we could all try to be a little less thinned skinned (myself included) and let the moderators do thier job. JMHO
