I use RCI points for airfare and exchanges. I rent units to family members and friends as well a business associates. Generally I try to get 1.5 to 2 times my maintenance fees for my rentals. Several of my units I can deposit with RCI's points for weeks program. All of my units I bought resale, except for One Napili Way which I bought from the developer via an ebay ad. I am generally happy with my purchases. Every once in a while I start thinking I should sell one, but about that time, it always seems like someone wants to rent it from me.
