Mike, We own 13 weeks and enjoy 26 weeks each cold season in Florida. We exchange all of our weeks and tend to get better weeks than ours in Florida. We never rent. For the current two weeks we are enjoying a 2BR unit at Marriott's Grande Vista. Next Saturday we move for five weeks to Marriott's Cypress Harbour (only two bedroom units there). Happy timesharing to you and yours,\ Ray IP: Logged |

Ok here I go again. Put a deposit on another Playa Linda week in Aruba. Deal is being processed and closing should be in about 4-6 weeks. Re-sale of course and I offered half the asking price which was the lowest price I had seen for a winter week in some time. Negotiated for somewhere in the middle. ------------------ Larry [This message has been edited by Larry (edited 01-23-2005).] IP: Logged |

I think I am the only one who posted who has only DVC. We own OKW 550 BCV 300 BWV 270 Vero Beach 15o Total 1270 pts that's a lot of DVC. I rent some to pay for the MFs. We take friends and family a lot. We love all the resorts. They are all top drawer and Disney is a great company to have as a landlord. Sometimes we hang out at the resorts, and sometimes we pool-hop to all the other Disney owned resorts like the Grand Floridian and the Contemporary. When we're by ourselves we don't even bother with the parks except to get something to eat. You have to be a DVC member AND have an annual pass to get the true value of DVC. Come and go as you please in the greatest vacation spot on earth. Now that's living!IP: Logged |
