Registered Dec. 2000 Registered: Mar 2002 posted 05-14-2005 06:23                Updating the Research -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today I did a little extra searching, to update the desirability of beach (or close to) areas in January. I am assuming that desirability is a somewhat inverse relationship to availability = the more desirable the less available. The one exception to that would be the Panhandle, which has far fewer resorts than the other areas, yet has relatively good avaibility for the number of resorts in the area. For January '06 & '07, here's what I'm seeing today: NE: '06-28, '07-17 SE: '06-18, '07-26 NW (Tampa): '06-10, '07-16 Panhandle: '06-5, '07-4 Sarasota: '06-1, '07-8 SW: '06-1, '07-7 Panhandle: '06-5, '07-4 Keys: '06-0, '07-1 ------------------ 16 years timesharing/80 exchanges/Branson-Table Rock Lake boat rides Interests: Buying/Selling/Renting/Donating/Exchanging/Searching Florida/Kauai/SOCAL/Colorado/Missouri/Arkansas/Iowa/Ohio Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Priceline/Hotwire/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living IP: Logged
