Craig, back to what determines a red week, green, etc. The woman in charge of this resort told the owners she has tried several times to change the red designation to include week 14 with II as it is with RCI.RCI's red starts with week 12, II's with 15. She said she has been unable to get II to change week 14 to red. What will it take for her to get this changed?

Can you please check again. I do not see any reason why you wouldn't find availability. Were you using a different certificate or week than you used originally?

Could you answer a question a few of us have? I was looking with my bonus cert for Orlando in Jan 2003. Checking for Dec. 2002 I was able to see all kinds of Marriotts as possible exchanges. In Jan. I couldn't see one. Other people checking with their bonus certs could see the Jan. Marriotts (not all of them were using Marriotts to check). We don't quite understand why this would happen. It can't be strictly a trade power issue, since I could see them in Dec. and Jan is still within the 59 day window.

I cannot answer your question. I do not know the facts surrounding the issue. In any case, this isn't an appropriate forum to discuss the interaction between an affiliated resort and Interval International.

Nope, I was using the same certificate. I tried for two days many times and then gave up and picked a different exchange. I would have called II to speak to a VC, but it was over the Thanksgiving and Friday days off. I needed to make the exchange by Saturday, so I couldn't wait any longer.

Hey Craig,

I dont intend to be sour grapes but your new WEB site has really been the pits for me. Since the new WEB site has been in service, I have not been able to do a search on my unbanked week for 2004. I have sent numerous emails (as requested by the new WEB site) with no remedy. The last email was sent before Thanksgiving, no reply yet. For severval days now the site has been completely un-accessable.

Can we at least go back to the old site until all the bugs are worked out of the new one? This is insane.

Sorry to be so negative but I have never seen such a wreck of a internet site conversion.

Trust me, we are painfully aware of all the issues. We already pulled back last week but were unable to find the problem. We need to continue trouble shooting to resolve the issue.

I apologize to all for the temporary inconvenience.

Thanks Craig, just wanted someone to know. I will be patient.

(I would love to hear the excuses your IT department is coming up with at this point) Good luck.
