The only thing I can imagine is you own at a resort where programs overlap and a second certificate was generated in error. In that case, you should only receive one or the other but a glitch may have occurred. Do Marriott owners receive a preference for other Marriott weeks even within the Flexchange period? If so,how does that work? As for bringing this thread back to the top, quite frankly, I'm glad to see that II is at the top of the page again.
