Thank you. I will ensure she gets the feedback. quote: Originally posted by jfitz: Craig:I am sure in your position you probably hear a lot more negatives than positives about customer service so I thought I would help balance the equasion. I purchased an additional timeshare week and called Cathy Don, ext. 8512 to update my account. Cathy carefully explained my options, $39 to add or free with additional year(s)or preferred member upgrade, she then explained the timeframe within which I should see the update, gave me her direct 800 line, and encouraged me to call her with any issues or needs I may have in the future. Needless to say I am very pleased with the level of service I received.

There is no such thing as "a place in line". Trading power is affected by the date you make your unit available to the system. When you use request first, we use the date you place your request. When you deposit first, we use the deposit date. The situation you describe, would result in "you having your cake and eating it too". I'm sorry we won't be doing as you suggest. quote: Originally posted by Judy: Craig, I would like to suggest that it become possible to change a "request first" to a "deposit first" without cancelling an ongoing search and reinstating it with a new request date, thus losing one's place in line.
