There is no such thing as "a place in line". Trading power is affected by the date you make your unit available to the system. When you use request first, we use the date you place your request. When you deposit first, we use the deposit date. The situation you describe, would result in "you having your cake and eating it too". I'm sorry we won't be doing as you suggest.
